- Send your beauty product to our studio or ship it via Nykaa, Tira etc.. (Our pincode: 110088)
- We engrave it with care and securely return it to you.
Shipping: Send your product to our studio, and we'll return it to you after engraving.
Drop & Pickup by Customer: You'll be responsible for both dropping off and collecting your product from our studio.

Shipping & Delivery
Every order at Marigold by Sadhika is handcrafted and personalised with care. Most personalised engraved gifts are dispatched within 5–7 business days, while bulk or bespoke orders may require additional time.
We offer pan-India shipping , and drop and pickup at our studio, and international shipping is available for select personalised gifts. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
If you have a specific delivery date for a wedding, birthday, anniversary, or corporate event, please let us know before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Returns & Cancellations
As every product is custom made and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part.

If you experience any issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
