What can I engrave?

You can personalise your order with names, initials, dates, monograms, handwritten notes, signatures, wedding logos, company logos, or custom artwork, depending on the product.

Is hand engraving permanent?

Yes. Hand engraving is permanent and becomes part of the surface itself. Unlike vinyl decals or printed designs, it will not peel or fade with normal use.

Can you engrave my own handwriting?

How long does a personalised order take?

Most personalised orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Large or bespoke orders may require additional production time.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We offer secure shipping across India.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I request urgent delivery?

If you have a wedding or special occasion approaching, please get in touch before ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

How do I care for engraved glassware?

We recommend gentle hand washing with a soft sponge and avoiding abrasive cleaning products to preserve the beauty of your engraved glassware.

How do I care for engraved watches and metal gifts?

Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and avoid harsh chemicals to maintain the finish.

Will the engraving fade?

No. Hand engraving is permanent and designed to last a lifetime with proper care.

Returns & Cancellations

Can personalised products be returned?

As every product is custom made, personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is hand engraving?

Hand engraving is the traditional art of carving a design directly onto a surface using specialised engraving tools. Every piece is individually crafted, giving it a unique character that machine engraving cannot replicate.

Is hand engraving better than laser engraving?

Both have their place, but hand engraving offers a softer, more artisanal finish with subtle variations that reflect true craftsmanship. It's often chosen for luxury gifting because every piece is individually created rather than mass-produced.

Can all materials be engraved?

Many materials can be engraved, including glass, crystal, metal, leather, and selected coated surfaces. If you're unsure about a particular item, we'd be happy to advise.

Do you engrave customer-provided products?

In many cases, yes. Depending on the material and condition of the item, we may be able to personalise products provided by you. Please contact us with details before sending your item.
