1. Terms of Service
By placing an order with Marigold by Sadhika, you agree to the following
- All custom and live personalization services (including calligraphy, engraving, painting, and DIY stations) are handcrafted and made to order.
- Prices are subject to change based on materials, surface types, and project complexity.
- Full advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
- Clients must share final design or name lists at least 5 days before the delivery/event date.
- We reserve the right to use images of the final product or live work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless explicitly instructed otherwise.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, however:
- Custom Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
- Live Event Bookings: Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- For bookings canceled more than 7 days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover blocked dates and prep work.
- Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our work:
- No refunds will be issued for completed custom orders or services already rendered.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photo and video evidence so we can resolve it with a replacement or credit.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or minor design variations that arise in handcrafted processes.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
- We collect only the necessary information (like your name, contact number, and address) to fulfill your order.
- Your data will never be sold, shared, or misused for any third-party marketing.
- Payment transactions are securely handled by trusted third-party payment gateways.

- Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
- Metro cities generally receive deliveries faster than remote or rural areas.
- Express shipping is available for a seperate charge.

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and urgency.
- Free shipping may be applicable on select orders or promotional campaigns.
📦 Packaging
All items are packed securely using high-quality protective material to ensure safe transit. Fragile items like engraved glasses or candles are bubble-wrapped and boxed carefully.
