Once you've purchased our service, we will be getting in touch with you via  WhatsApp within 24 hours regarding where to ship the product- please ensure your contact details are correct when checking out.

We are based in North Delhi,110088. You can either ship the product directly to us or order it via a third party seller like Nykaa.

If you have selected the self pickup and drop option, we will notify you when your order is ready so that you can get it picked up.
